VenaT4 biochips

Ideal for studying chemotaxis and transmigration

VenaT4 Biochips contain 4 parallel enclosed microcapillaries separated from 4 underlying microwells via a membrane with pores sizes of 2-10μmECM proteins can be easily coated onto the membrane with a standard yellow-tip pipette separating the flow channel and microwell containing the chemokine well. Cell suspensions may then be injected using the Mirus Nanopump which supports a range of shear stresses / shear flow rates for dynamic flow based assays.

Suitable for the following assays:

Examples of cell types: Leukocytes, neutrophils, lymphocytes, macrophages, monocytes, endothelial cells, epithelial cells, fibroblasts and tumour cells.

Examples of coating: Collagen, fibronectin, laminin etc.
